Safe And Secured

| There are 24 hour CCTV cameras on surveillance, on top of the patrolling guards to ensure the safety and security of the dorms’ occupants. They can live at ease as the living compound is also gated and guarded. Besides that we also conduct an annual fire drill exercise to ensure that our dorms occupants are educated on what to do at times of fire outbreak. |

Built-In Facilities

Within the dorms’ compound, there is a convenience store, a court for any ball games, a few washing machines for shared use, paid mineral water machines, and in-house clinic which is open daily and is on a cashless system for the convenience of our workers. Besides, we also have cafeteria, saloon, and ATM.

Welfare
|
We care about our workers’ well beings. There is a counseling room where workers can share any issues or concerns that they face anytime. Wardens will be around 24-hour to attend to the workers’ needs.
